Policies that update themselves.

Answer a questionnaire once. Get a privacy policy, terms, CCPA notice and refund policy — hosted at a stable URL that stays current as the law moves, with every version kept on the record.

No card required to build your documents. iLawForms is not a law firm.

Why it is different

Most generators hand you a document and walk away.

A policy is only true on the day it is written. The interesting problem is the day after — which is the one this product is built around.

Assembled, not filled in

There is no master template with your name dropped into blanks. Each document is built clause by clause from a versioned library, so a clause that does not apply to you simply is not there.

It updates when the law does

When a clause is revised, every affected policy is regenerated and republished. You get an email explaining what changed and why — not a nudge telling you to go and fix it yourself.

Every version is kept

Each publication is immutable and timestamped. When someone asks what your policy said on 12 March, that is a link, not an afternoon in your inbox.

How it works

Three steps, about ten minutes.

The questionnaire is the only part that needs you. Everything after it is automatic.

Answer the questionnaire

Plain questions about your business — no legal vocabulary required. Branching means you only see what applies to you, and every step autosaves.

Get your documents

Your answers become a fact set, and the fact set renders into documents. Export as HTML, Markdown, plain text or PDF.

Publish to a stable URL

Link your policy from your site once. We keep it live, versioned and current — you never paste a document into a footer again.

What you get

7 documents, one set of answers.

They are generated together from the same facts, which is why they agree with each other.

Privacy policy

What you collect, why, the legal basis, how long you keep it, and who you share it with. Assembled from the clauses your answers actually trigger.

Terms & conditions

Acceptable use, liability, governing law and termination, matched to how your product charges and where your customers are.

CCPA notice

The Californian disclosures — categories collected, sale and sharing, and the opt-out route — as a standalone notice.

Refund policy

Your refund window and process, written to stay consistent with the terms rather than contradicting them.

Cookie policy

An itemised account of what you store on a visitor's device and why — the disclosure ePrivacy asks for, which a privacy policy on its own does not satisfy.

Disclaimer

Limits what the information you publish is promising, including third-party links, while leaving the statutory rights you cannot exclude intact.

Acceptable use policy

The conduct rules for your users, and the escalation path from warning to termination — what makes suspending an account enforceable rather than arbitrary.

Hosted policies

Link it once. Never touch it again.

Point your website footer at a stable iLawForms URL. When a clause is revised, we regenerate every affected document, publish the new version, and email you a diff of exactly what changed.

  • A permanent URL per document, plus a one-line embed if you want it inline.
  • A public, timestamped version archive — the artifact that answers “what did this say in March?”
  • Identical output is never republished, so you are only emailed when something genuinely changed for you.
Coverage

Three jurisdictions, properly.

iLawForms covers the EU (GDPR), the UK (UK GDPR) and California (CCPA/CPRA). That is the whole list, and we would rather say so here than let you find out later.

Every jurisdiction is a permanent maintenance commitment, not a checkbox. We add one when we can keep it reviewed and current — not when it would look good on a comparison table.

GDPRUK GDPRCCPA / CPRA

Not yet covered: PIPEDA, LGPD, POPIA, and the other US state privacy laws. If your business needs those today, iLawForms is not the right tool yet.
